How to get to Biz Apartment Bromma?

How to get from Bromma Airport to Biz Apartment Bromma

With Cross Track (2 minutes)

When you leave Bromma Airport Arrival Hall, follow the signs for the cross runway. If you have heavy bags, it is easy to take the cross track one station (towards Alviks Strand) to the station Bromma Blocks, then it stops right outside Biz Apartment Bromma.

On foot (6 minutes)

Walking is easiest via Bromma Block's car park. Cross the cross runway platform Bromma Airport which is located right in front of the arrivals hall and follow the right edge of the large parking lot, past KFC and a bit ahead. Until you see Hangar 5 and Bromma Block's cross track station. Go up the green staircase and cross the tracks to get to the entrance.

Stockholm City to Biz Apartment Bromma (22 minutes)

From Stockholm City take the green line (line 17 towards Alvik/Åkeshov/Hässelby Strand) to Alvik. Upon arrival in Alvik, go to the exit”Alvik Square Bus Terminal“. From there, take the cross track towards Bromma Airport, Line 31. After 6 minutes you arrive at Bromma Blocks where it's time to get off. The entrance to Biz Apartment Bromma is right at the station. Welcome home.

From Arlanda Airport to Biz Apartment Bromma by public transportation (41 minutes)

From Arlanda, take the fast train Arlanda Express unto Stockholm City. From there, take the green line (line 17 towards Alvik/Åkeshov/Hässelby Strand) to Alvik. Upon arrival in Alvik, go to the exit”Alvik Square Bus Terminal“. From there, take the cross track towards Bromma Airport, Line 31. After 6 minutes you arrive at Bromma Blocks where it's time to get off. The entrance to Biz Apartment Bromma is right at the station.

Please note!

Between 4 October and 12 November, maintenance of the cross track (Line 31) is in progress — during this period it is easiest to get off at Karlsbodavägen (line 30) when coming from Alvik, and go the last bit to Bromma Blocks and Hangar 5. The distance is 550 meters and it takes about 5-7 minutes to reach Biz Apartment Bromma.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, laundry facilities are available for booking at all our hotels. Fee may apply.

Laundry detergent is available for purchase at reception.

Are your hotels staffed?

Yes, our hotels are staffed. At Gärdet, in Hammarby Sjöstad and Bromma, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day. In Solna, the reception is staffed 13:30 to 08:00.

As a private person, can I stay at Biz Apartment?

Yes, we welcome both private and corporate guests to our hotels!

Can I buy SL tickets from you?

No, unfortunately we do not sell SL tickets at the hotel. It is easy to get a ticket directly on your mobile phone or use your debit card.

Do you need help finding the most suitable ticket for your visit to Stockholm? Do not hesitate to ask the reception where we will be happy to help you with tickets, timetables and maps of public transport.

Do you need to bring anything/what facilities are included?

All our hotel apartments are fully equipped both in terms of towels, bed linen and kitchenware — so this is not something you need to bring.

Does it include breakfast?

It is possible to choose to book with breakfast at the time of booking. A breakfast buffet is served at Gärdet, and at other hotels, breakfast is served in a bag and delivered fresh daily.

Does it include cleaning?

Yes, cleaning is included in your stay and is carried out once a week.

For stays of less than 7 days, no cleaning will be carried out.

How do I pay for my stay with you?

We are a cashless hotel and a stay with us is either paid at reception by card or prepaid at the time of booking.

Is it allowed to bring animals with you?

We have a limited number of dog-friendly apartments that can only be booked directly with our booking department. Unfortunately, we do not allow other animals to be brought with us when staying with us.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and public areas, as well as outside the entrance.

Is there free wifi?

Free Wi-Fi access is included for all our guests. You will receive a password to the network upon check-in.

What applies to non-refundable bookings?

Non-refundable bookings cannot be rebooked, modified or cancelled after they have been completed.

The reservation must be booked in the name of the guest to stay, this is checked upon arrival by showing identification.

Non-refundable bookings are paid directly at the time of booking. For this to be possible, the name on the debit card must match the name of the guest in the booking. Otherwise, card debit will not be possible and the reservation will be canceled.

What are your change and cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking. Please read the detailed description carefully in the booking confirmation received in connection with your booking. Please see our general cancellation policy below:

  • 1—7 nights in a row: Cancellation is free of charge before 18:00 on the day before arrival. In case of later cancellation or earlier departure, one night will be charged.
  • 8—29 nights in a row: Cancellation is free of charge no later than four days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or earlier departure, three nights will be charged.
  • 30+ nights in a row: Cancellation is free of charge no later than 8 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or earlier departure, four nights will be charged.
What are your house rules?
  • For safety reasons, only staff and registered guests are allowed to stay on the premises after 22:00.
  • All visitors must be able to show identification upon request from reception staff.
  • No visitors or non-registered guests may stay in the rooms after 22:00.
  • No loud music or disturbing activities after 10 p.m.
  • Please note that all our hotels are non-smoking. In case of suspected smoking in the room, a penalty of 5000 SEK will be charged.
  • You are fully responsible for any damage you may cause to the hotel rooms or public areas during your stay.
  • Uses of nitrous oxide (N2O) and other types of gases is not permitted in our public areas or in our hotel rooms. We will charge the guest an additional fee of 500SEK per cartridge for those who leave this type of gas cartridge.

In case of violation of the house policy, Biz Apartment reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and they may be allowed to leave the premises.

What is the difference between an apartment hotel and a traditional hotel?

With us you will find the same functionality as in a traditional hotel.

The difference is that our rooms are generally larger and all rooms are equipped with a kitchen.

What is the shortest or longest length of stay I can stay with you?

With us you can book stays from one night to three months.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If the room is available before then, of course, you are welcome to check in earlier for a cuddly fee. Check-out takes place no later than 12:00 on the day of departure.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 12:00.

If possible, you are of course welcome to check in before 15:00 or check out after 12:00. Note, however, that this comes with a fee of 150 SEK/ hour. Late check-out is available until a maximum of 15:00. Please contact the front desk for questions if the opportunity is available.

Where can I leave my bags?

We have a luggage room where our guests are welcome to temporarily store their bags, for example after check-out.

Which debit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. We do not accept cash.
